What happens?

The 26th annual end-of-summer street festival along Beach Boulevard: live music, aerialists, acrobats, magicians, fire-eaters and costumed characters, plus local art and food vendors. Costumes encouraged for the walking parade at 6:00 PM. Free city trolley from remote parking.
